To toggle between

the armed

states of an

SILENCING

ALARMS IN THE MULTI.AREA MODE

lf the codepad

sounding

an alarm or the siren is running, it can be silenced

by entering a

code with the authority for the area(s) that are in alarm. NOTE:

The

IBYPASS],

and

[PARTIAL]

keys will only work if an individual

BYPASS IN THE MULTIAREA

MODE

you

wish to bypass one or

more zones,

this

must

be done

while

the system

is in the disarmed

state.

Step

1 Press the

[*] [1]

key.

Step

2 When the LCD

prompts

for a code, enter

your

user code.

Step

3 Enter the area

number

[X]

e.g. for area 3

Press

[3].

Step

4 Press the

IBYPASS]

key

Step 5

Enter the zone

you

wish to bypass.

(Example:

zone

key again. The zone is now bypassed.

Mode. The bypass light will stop flashing upon exiting the

Mode. Pressing the A V
